Sum-Plast was founded in 1974 as a family workshop. Today the same family still runs the factory — and still signs off on the tooling, the resin batches and the first article of every production run.
Four complementary ranges, engineered for the realities of retail: durable in transit, easy to merchandise, and priced to protect your margin.
Slip-resistant, dishwasher-friendly feeding bowls in several diameters and depths.
Scented thermoplastic rubber rings, balls, tugs and fetch discs that stay flexible year-round.
Litter trays, scoops and cat play items built for daily cleaning and long service life.
Feeders, hamster homes, terrariums and breeding tanks for the small-animal aisle.
Purchasing teams tell us the same three things matter most: consistent quality, honest lead times and a partner who answers. Here is how we deliver on each.
Our own presses and tooling mean colour, wall thickness and fit stay identical from your first pallet to your tenth container.
Test the range with a mixed order, learn what sells in your market, then scale — without capital locked in slow-moving SKUs.
Moulding, printing and packing are sequenced internally, so dispatch dates are committed once and held.
Food-contact grade polypropylene for feeding items and non-splintering TPR for chew toys — selected for real animal use.
Pallet, groupage or full container. Nested packing reduces air freight volume and lowers landed cost per unit.
You speak with the people who run the factory — technical questions, artwork files and restocks handled in one thread.
A quick reference sheet our distributors use when briefing buyers, writing listings or answering end-consumer questions.

Carry our line under the Sum-Plast name, or under yours. Because branding happens on our own four-colour pad printing machine, artwork approval and production stay on the same schedule — no external printer in the middle.
Our core markets are inside the EU, which keeps transit short and paperwork simple. Importers outside Europe are supported with consolidated loads and export documentation.
Shelf-ready assortments with consistent sizing across the feeding and toy categories.
Deep, repeatable SKUs you can promise your own trade customers without stock-out risk.
Robust, nestable items that survive parcel shipping and keep return rates low.
Branded bowls and toys used as promotional and cross-sell items alongside food ranges.
Pet food and pet care brands have used Sum-Plast tooling and pad printing for their own branded accessories and promotional lines.

Straight answers to the questions that decide whether a wholesale partnership makes commercial sense.
No fixed MOQ. New distributors usually begin with a mixed trial pallet, confirm sell-through in their own channel, then move to full-container volumes. Private label runs do carry a practical per-SKU minimum so pad-printing set-up stays cost-effective.
Everything is moulded, printed, assembled and packed in our own factory in Katowice, Poland. Keeping production and branding inside one EU site removes third-party printing delays and gives us direct control over quality.
Dog toys are made from scented thermoplastic rubber that remains flexible in cold and hot conditions and does not splinter when chewed. Bowls, litter boxes, feeders and small-animal housing use food-contact grade polypropylene and moulded polystyrene, with slip-resistant bases on feeding items.
Yes. Our in-house four-colour pad printing machine applies your logo or artwork directly to bowls, toys and accessories. We also support branded labels and retail packaging as part of a private label or OEM programme.
We start with a short conversation about your market, channel and target price points, then recommend a starting assortment. From there you get one direct contact for artwork, restocks, documentation and logistics planning.
Regular shipments go to Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania and other European markets. Importers outside Europe are served with consolidated container loads and full export paperwork.
We are actively appointing new distributors, wholesalers and importers. No lengthy onboarding — just a straightforward conversation about what your market needs.
